Robert and his team installed an 18k BTU mini-split system in our guesthouse, and the entire experience was fantastic. The price was fair, they were easy to schedule and arrived RIGHT on time, they finished when they said they would, and they left the job site absolutely clean. I really love to work with companies like Wolf HVAC - a small/medium-sized owner-operator company that provides great value and outstanding service. Bob replaced the furnace in our house and we couldn't be happier with it! The work is done in a clean, professional manner, looks great, and functions even better. He gave us a couple of quotes and options, but never tried or pushed to upsell us on something we didn't need. The tear out of the old and installation of the new was efficient, and he was very respectful of our home (the heater closet and our carpets were cleaner than when he started). Don't bother with the big box HVAC guys, you won't get anywhere close to this level of service!

These days, it is almost impossible to find honest high-quality people in anything to do with construction. We were in the midst of doing HVAC for a 5,000 sq foot remodel when our HVAC person just bailed. Robert Wolf came to the rescue and took on a job that was half-finished. He was very reasonably priced and did an amazing job for us. We have had a few issues (not related to his work) with the last being a brand new Goodman AC failing and Robert sent his guys out the same day to help troubleshoot the problem. In my line of work, there is little room for error and I am very critical of fine details. Wolf HVAC has gone above and beyond for us. I would strongly recommend him.

Wolf HVAC just did an excellent total HVAC system replacement for our house. They had the lower bid to start with, and then everything turned out even better than hoped for. The team works together really well and quickly and cleans up completely. Any challenges they encountered with removing the old system and fitting the new one into the same limited space was addressed as a team, with Robert leading the way. This is the team you absolutely need to call if you have any concerns with your HVAC. Robert Wolf (the owner) is the most transparent, attentive, and knowledgeable HVAC professional that I met on my quest to find someone to help with a job left half completed (long story let's leave it there). We received quotes from 3 other companies who didn't even bother to really look into the attic or crawl space access areas etc. Robert got right up there and under there on his first visit. Spider webs and all.... he was the only technician who actually took the time to really look at the situation. He came recommended by a larger company who I called that he used to work for prior to starting his own business. He was so easy and accommodating to work with and you barely knew they were here... Dakota (who I fondly refer to as "big guy") is super polite and always works with care doing a lot of the heavy lifting, and I'm sure a lot of other things as well. Kris (fondly aka "small guy") was hardly seen or heard as I'm assuming he spent a lot of time and effort running ducting etc in the deep crawl spaces and attic areas. Robert electrically hooked up the system and also I'm sure did many other things I'm not giving him credit for here. Our job was no picnic from what I could see. You can tell Robert really cares about his customers and his team I have observed it personally and couldn't give him a better review. He helped us when we thought we would never be able to get our system completed (mistakes redone) and up and running. All done with the utmost care and personal, professional attention. This is "your guy" or should be if you have any problems during your renovation (like we did) or any HVAC needs whatsoever.
